Ukraine crisis: Moscow star painted in Ukraine colours

Russian police have charged four young people with vandalism after they climbed to the top of a Moscow skyscraper and painted it in Ukraine's national colours.

One man took a photograph of himself as he stood on top of one of the city's Seven Sisters towers on Wednesday.

Footage later in the day showed a workman re-spraying the star gold.
