Prohibition plans for Kerala to tackle excessive drinking

The southern Indian state of Kerala has said it will ban the sale and consumption of alcohol to tackle the problem of excessive drinking.

Many fear Kerala's popularity with foreign tourists will suffer, and some business owners have taken the matter to the courts.
