Matrimonial woes leave Delhi private eye in high demand

Weddings are big occasions in India and with so much invested in the big day, brides and grooms are not taking any chances - hiring private eyes to check out prospective partners is all the rage.

Taralika Lahiri set up her own detective agency in 1994, with an initial family investment of $5,000 (£3,000).

She says that with so many people having matrimonial problems in India, the demand for her business just keeps growing.
