Will.i.am: How coding can help fight global inequality

Business and political leaders have been discussing key issues facing the global economy at the 2015 World Economic Forum in Davos.

The musician and producer Will.i.am was at the event to discuss how access to education could help close the equality gap and provide more opportunities to young people.

His charity, I am angel, helps educate children, particularly in science and technology.

He spoke to the BBC about the importance of "new-age" education in the fight against inequality, saying that currently "schools are running as if it's 1970".
