Greece will 'squeeze blood out of stone' to pay IMF

The Greek Finance Minister Yanis Varoufakis has promised his country will make repaying its debts to the International Monetary Fund its main priority.

Greece faces a series of large debt repayments in the coming weeks and months - including about 2bn euros to the IMF in March.

And some 6.7bn in ECB bonds is due to mature in July and August.

Mr Varoufakis said: "It would be excellent if we could agree with our partners to smooth over this cash flow hump that we're facing over the next few months".
