COP21: Fossil fuel use takes Delhi smog to hazardous levels

Today air quality levels in the Beijing are the worst for many months, covering the city in smog.

It is partly pressure from Chinese people that has forced the Chinese government to take the causes of pollution seriously.

But in the Indian capital Delhi, the air quality index is currently registering as hazardous, yet no warning is in place there.
