Summit highlights South China Sea tensions

China has said it will ignore a decision in a Philippine lawsuit against its territorial claims in the South China Sea by an international arbitration panel, which is expected to rule soon.

The Philippines has questioned China's claims by filing a case under the UN Convention on Law of the Sea.
