Barcelona attack: Crowd screams as man arrested

A third person has been arrested in the town of Ripoll, north of Barcelona, after 13 people were killed in a terrorist attack on the city.

The driver in Thursday's van attack may still be alive and on the run, Spanish police say.

They are hunting for Moroccan-born Younes Abouyaaqoub, who also lived in Ripoll.
